Every set I create is thoughtfully customized to enhance each client’s natural features while protecting the integrity of their lashes. My approach combines technical expertise with a strong commitment to education, ensuring every client leaves not only feeling confident in their results, but also informed about the products used during the service and the proper aftercare needed to maintain their lashes.
CANCELLATION POLICY
*Reschedules and cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment by contacting me directly. * No extra guests are permitted at appointments. * No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. * When you arrive, please do not knock on the suite door. Feel free to have a seat in the lobby and send me a text letting me know you've arrived. I'll come out and get you as soon as I'm ready for you. * If you're running late, please let me know as soon as possible. * Fill appointments that consistently exceed 1 hour and 30 minutes due to poor after care that affect retention may require additional time and could result in an additional charge. * To ensure the quality and integrity of your lashes, fills exceeding 21 days after your last appointment will require a full set and will be priced as such. Due to my schedule being fully booked, any appointment rescheduled or canceled with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. I truly appreciate each and every one of you and your understanding. These policies help me stay on schedule and continue providing the best experience possible for all of my clients.
